Q: Where can I sign-up for your website?
A: To sign-up either by credit card or by mail, please go here.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Our processor CCBill accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Discover.

Q: Is paying with CCBill secure?
A: Yes, absolutely. CCBill.com, our premier credit card processor, is a division of CCBill, LLC and was created to serve the needs of consumers looking for a fast, safe and convenient way to purchase access to online venues. CCBill, LLC has been a trusted e-merchant since 1998, processing millions of online transactions each year and earning its reputation as a leader in the industry. Q: What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A: Transaction will appear as "CCBilleu".  There will be no mention of the name of the website.

Q: Will my billing information be placed on a mailing list? 
A: No!  Your billing information will never be placed on any mailing or email lists.  All of your information goes directly to CCBill via their SSL and is stored on their secure servers.

Q: My credit card has been rejected by CCBill. Why?
A: CCBill is doing very strict security checks. There are a number of reasons beyond our control that may keep CCBill from accepting a credit card. For instance, the card could be "blocked" if it was ever involved in a billing dispute with an Internet merchant or website. This is done to protect the cardholder and merchant in the future. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to make a rejected card work again.

Q: Can I join without a credit card? Can I send you cash?
A: Yes! RidingFantasy.com offers memberships by cash (via snail mail). Here is the link. Please follow the steps. On a regular basis we receive cash through the mail without incident. However if you do decide to send cash through the mail it is on your own risk. Please use registered mail.

Q: My password isn't working, what can it be?
A: Possible reasons might be:
- Your CaPs LoCk may be on, please remember that passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE. You need to type it exactly (with the same upper- and lowercase characters) as shown in our email which confirmed your membership.
- Your membership has expired
- Your credit card was declined when you had a recurring membership and auto rebill was attempted.
- You abused your password and your membership was terminated.

Q: Will I get any sort of mail (via snail mail) after joining via snail mail?
A: No, you will NOT get any snail mail from us. We don't give out your address to anybody else. Your sign-up is held strictly confidential.

Q: How about your own privacy policy?
A: RidingFantasy.com DOES NOT sell, trade, or give out any of the information you provide, including your e-mail address. Your sign-up is held strictly confidential.

Q: How do I cancel my recurrent membership?
A: You can cancel here. Please do not email us asking us to cancel your membership, this can only be done through CCBill.
To ensure you are not rebilled you will need to submit your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your rebill date.  Note that you can cancel at any time during your subscription and still have your full access as paid for, but if you do not wish to be rebilled please follow the 24 hours rule.  If you do not submit your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your rebill date and you are rebilled, we cannot issue a refund for this charge.

Q: I forgot my username or my password.
A: If you joined via CCBill by credit card you can lookup your membership information here. You can also e-mail us your subscription number and we can find your username and password for you. If you joined by mail and forgot your password, please e-mail us directly with your name. Please use always the e-mail you used in your subscription.

Q: I can't play the movies.
A: RidingFantasy.com presents its video clips in the QuickTime format. QuickTime is a widely used program which facilitates the viewing of different media types (video and still images). It is commonly used on Mac systems, but appears more and more on PC based systems.
You can download your FREE version at www.quicktime.com by clicking here. Be sure you know where it is being saved on your computer, so you can run the install program once it has downloaded. Once the install program has downloaded to your computer, find it, double click on it, and follow the installation instructions. For detailed information on QuickTime, view the online QuickTime help files.


Q: Who is RidingFantasy.com?
A: RidingFantasy.com (RF) is made by some friends who enjoy horseback riding and who find the idea of beautiful women riding on horseback or on ponies very attracting. RF is exploring many facets of this fetish by the means of visually appealing, tasteful photographs and videos. Sometimes our style is "fantasy" with a theatrical fetish angle, sometimes we strive more for the "natural" style.

Q: Do you have pictures of three women on one little pony?
A: NO! We neither produce nor possess such things. RidingFantasy.com takes a clear stance against cruelty to animals. We also double-check all our link partners.

Q: How often is your site updated?
A: Our site is updated at least twice a week. You may check out our News page for the latest updates!

Q: I have fetish for black Lycra leggings. Can you shoot a custom video for me with a lady riding in black Lycra leggings?
A: Yes! We can shoot custom videos and photos for you. Just tell us your wishes and we will discuss them with you.

Q: Do you show any male riders?
A: Today, RidingFantasy.com (RF) is purely dedicated to riding women. One is more gorgeous than the other!

Q: Can I use your images/videos on my website?
A: NO!! All images, videos and texts on this site are copyrighted to Ridingfantasy.com or are legally licensed to Ridingfantasy.com, and are for the private use and enjoyment of its members only. Any reproduction, sharing of any kind, and any resale is strictly forbidden by international copyright law, and will be prosecuted to the full extend of the the law!

Q: Can I model for RF?
A: To get the answer, please send us an introduction and a photo of yourself, the area where you live, your age (you MUST be 18 years or older), and your size/weight and your riding skills.

Q: I own two Icelandic horses. I can offer them to your models for shootings.
A: Great! Please contact us.

Q: I want to ride on a pony by myself. Can I come to your place?
A: Sorry, no. Except if you are a woman and want to work with us as a model. (see also the question: "Can I model for RF?")

Q: Do you sell videos?
A: Yes we do! You may check out our Video Store.

Q: How can I contact you, and how long does your reply take?
A: You can contact RidingFantasy.com by email (sales@ridingfantasy.com). Normally Kris will answer you within 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year. For sending orders by snail mail please use our shipping address indicated in the corresponding order form.

Q: In what languages can I write to you?
A: You can write us in English, German or French. Sorry, NO entendemos español.


Q: How can I order your videos?
A: We currently offer several ways to order our videos.
- The easiest is paying by cash. If folded into a thick peace of paper and sent by registered mail, it is also very reliable. However if you do decide to send cash through the mail it is on your own risk. Please follow the recommendations we just mentioned.

Q: Can I also pay with PayPal?
A: Yes. Most of our DVDs you can also pay with PayPal. Please ask for details.

Q: What format are your DVDs, PAL or NTSC?
A: PAL (European standard)

Q: I live in the United States. Will I be able to play your DVDs even if they are in PAL format?
A: Yes, in these circumstances: You can play all our DVDs on your computer without any problem, regardless if it's in PAL or in NTSC. Furthermore, an increasing number of TV-DVD players for can handle both formats. Keep in mind that all sales are final so please double check. We will NOT issue refunds for American DVD player compatibility issues.

Q: Do you also sell videos on VHS?
A: No. The DVD technique is better in many ways and will more and more replace VHS.

Q: With what kind of equipment are your videos produced?
A: We use a professional Sony miniDV camera, and our workflow is 100% digital. This guarantees that the DVD image quality is crystal clear.

Q: How much do you charge for handling and shipping of the DVDs?
A: NOTHING. There are NO additional charges for handling and shipping, even for overseas. While others add hefty charges for shipment, RidingFantasy.com ships its DVDs for free all around the world, by Priority Airmail. All you pay to us is the price of the DVD itself.

Q: What kind of delivery do you offer?
A: We ship all our items with Priority Mail. It is the fastest way in Switzerland to ship items nationally and internationally.

Q: Do you ship to my country? If so, how long does it take?
- Europe: 2-3 business days
- America, Asia, Australia, Africa: 3-7 business days.
Whenever possible, we ship the same day as we receive your order/payment.
We ship to everywhere in the world, except to countries where adult smaterial is illegal. When in doubt, please ask before sending money.

Q: If my wife or family found out, they would kill me. Do you ship discreetly?
A: We respect our Customer's privacy. We ship in a plain and secure gray envelope. It will have a return address of . Inside the taped envelope is a taped double cardboard, and inside the cardboard is another envelope with the actual DVD in it. Even the DVD looks completely unsuspicious, it will look like a data CD you got from a business colleague. You can see a picture here. NOBODY will be interested in your package!

Q: I received the wrong video/ my video is damaged, what should I do?
A: We double check all orders. But in the (highly unlikely) case you receive a different DVD from the one you actually choose in the order form, we will send you the other one right away. Should a DVD ever be damaged when you receive it, don't worry, just please contact us immediately (within 10 days) and we will replace it with a DVD of the same title, as soon as we receive the damaged DVD.

Q: Can I also pay in Swiss Francs?
A: Yes. We accept Euros, US Dollars and CHF. CHF 1.60 = € 1.00.
